3iSolution (3iS) is an international not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) that leverages data and innovative technology, including Artificial Intelligence, to empower and enhance information management in the humanitarian, development, and academic sectors.

Core Services
3iS offers services including Information Management, which utilizes methods like satellite imagery, chatbots, and AI; Capacity Building through learning environments; Monitoring and Evaluation to understand impact and foster improvements; and Strategy and Systems services for effective planning and implementation.
Operations and Funding
Founded in France in 2008, 3iS has worked on around 200 projects in over 30 countries across various regions. They receive funding from governments and organizations such as the French MOFA, ECHO, SDC, GIZ, and UN bodies like UNICEF, UNDP, and UNOPS. Notable projects include strengthening Nigeria’s Rapid Response Mechanism (with UNICEF) and leading a mine action consortium in Syria (funded by the EU). They have also developed AI tools like the “Anticipa Chatbot”.
